Add, consult, change or delete a site

A site can be added only if the Risk field in the Administration of temporary unemployment screen - Properties tab contains the value First day economic grounds - construction, First day economic grounds - non-construction or Bad weather.

You only have to select a site if the site address is not the same as the establishment unit.

•The site (chantier) is the place where the redundant employee would normally have worked on the first day of effective unemployment.

•The establishment unit (l'établissement) is the place where the social contacts between the employer and employee take place in principle.
The establishment unit can be found on the screen File Management - Administration of temporary unemployment screen - Sélection tab.

Add a site

1.Go to Recurring actions.

1.Click on Administration of temporary unemployment.
An overview list of the risks for temporary unemployment is displayed.

3.In the Risque (risk) column, select the desired temporary unemployment 1er jour Causes économiques (First day economic grounds) or Intempéries (Bad weather).

4.Click on (details).
The Caractéristiques (Properties) and Sélection (Selection) tabs are displayed.
An extra tab is displayed for each site already in place.

5.Click the Ajouter chantier (Add site) button.

6.Select an existing site or tick a new site.

Note
The list only displays sites of the last three months.

7.For a new site, you can choose between Adresse standard or Point de référence.

▪Select Adresse standard if the site has an official house number.
Fill in the details of the new site: rue, n° maison, n° boîte, code postal, commune et pays (street, the house no., box no., postal code, town and country).

▪Select Point de référence if the site does not yet have a house number. Then enter a recognisable location nearby. Example: next to convenience store X.
Enter the details of the new site: rue, point de référence, code postal, commune et pays (street, reference point, postal code, town and country).
The reference point is

•maximum180 characters;

•mandatory if the house number of the address is empty;

•forbidden if the house number is filled in.

8.Go to the Sélection tab.

9.Select the employees who are eligible for the site.
A contract can only be added to a single site. As soon as an employee is assigned to a site, he cannot appear for another site in the Travailleurs non encore attribués à un chantier (Employees not yet assigned to a site) list.

10.Go to the tab of the newly added site and add the desired contracts.
With and you can move all contracts.
With and you can move only the selected contracts.

11.Click Save.

Consult the details of a site

1.Go to Recurring actions.

2.Click on Administration of temporary unemployment.
An overview list of the risks for temporary unemployment is displayed.

3.In the Risque (risk) column, select the desired temporary unemployment 1er jour Causes économiques (First day economic grounds) or Intempéries (Bad weather).

4.Click on (details).
The Caractéristiques (Properties) and Sélection (Selection) tabs are displayed.
An extra tab is displayed for each site already in place.

5.Select the tab of the site you wish to consult.
You can only consult site details but not modify them.
If the site details are incorrect: Delete the site and add a new (correct) site.
You can modify contracts that are assigned to a site. See Modify contracts of a site.

6.Click Ignorer les modifications or click Retour to exit the site without making changes.

Switch one or multiple contracts from one site to a different site

1.Go to Recurring actions.

2.Click on Manage temporary unemployment.
An overview list of the Risks for temporary unemployment is displayed.

3.In the Risque (risk) column, select the desired temporary unemployment 1er jour Causes économiques (First day economic grounds) or Intempéries (Bad weather).

4.Click on (details).
The Caractéristiques (Properties) and Sélection (Selection) tabs are displayed.
An extra tab is displayed for each site already in place.

5.Check to see if the desired sites are in place. Add a new site if necessary.

6.Go to the tab of the 'old' site and delete one or more contracts.
With you can move all contracts to the Travailleurs pas encore attribués à un chantier (employees not yet assigned to a site) panel.
With you can only move selected contracts to the Travailleurs pas encore attribués à un chantier (employees not yet assigned to a site) panel.

7.Go to the tab of the 'new' site and delete one or more contracts.
With you can move all contracts to the Travailleurs sur chantier (employees at site) panel.
With you can only move selected contracts to the Travailleurs sur chantier (employees at site) panel.
A contract that is ticked in the Sélection tab must be assigned to a single site.

8.Click Enregistrer et envoyer.

Delete a site

1.Go to Recurring actions.

2.Click on Administration of temporary unemployment.
An overview list of the Risks for temporary unemployment is displayed.

3.In the Risque column, select the desired temporary unemployment First day economic grounds - construction, First day economic grounds - non-construction or Bad weather.

4.Click on (details).
The Caractéristiques (Properties) and Sélection (Selection) tabs are displayed.
An extra tab is displayed for each site already in place.

5.Select the site you wish to delete.

6.Click Supprimer chantier (Delete site).

7.Click OK to confirm that you wish to delete the site.
