On the screen Planning collective leave under Company the following is available for the entire company a planning calendar which contains all the groups.
You can use this calendar to register absences that apply to everyone or to certain company groups. This avoids having to enter the information for each employee separately.
You can make this planning calendar different for one or more groups if necessary.
If necessary, you can deviate from this planning calendar for one or more groups.
As standard, a planning calendar is rolled out for the entire company. This planning calendar contains all the groups and can be found under For the entire company.
You can deviate from this and create a planning calendar yourself for one or more groups.
When you deviate from the groups in the standard planning calendar, you will no longer find the calendar under For the entire company, but under For one or more groups.
