As every employee is entitled to ten statutory public holidays when no work is carried out, the public holiday module is always available.
You should not create this module yourself, nor can you remove it.
But you can change the module.
Example: entering a different date for a public holiday, stating that the public holiday may be taken freely, using additional public holidays, etc.
Important: The (replacement) public holidays for next year must be disclosed before 15 December. It is also important to register the public holidays and replacement public holidays in the public holidays module at the same time. Based on this registration, SD Worx will ensure the correct declaration of any illness, accident at work, partial resumption of work and economic unemployment. Registration also ensures that the public holidays are automatically included in each employee's calendar.
Example:
•A Saturday is normally an activity day in your company. On Saturday 1 May, the company was exceptionally closed due to the public holiday.
You do not have to do anything in the holiday planning.
•A Saturday is not an activity day in your company. The Saturday of 1 May will be postponed to the next working day. That’s Monday 3 May.
You must enter this in the public holiday planning.
1.Go to Company.
2.Click on Planning public holidays.
3.Click on
.
4.The public holiday can remain unchanged or freely taken up by the employee.
The company may also specify a different date for a holiday.
Important: Holidays are always entered for the entire company.
Comment:
If a public holiday falls on a non-activity day and is postponed to the next activity day, you must specify this in the public holiday planning.
Example: Public holiday 1 May falls on a Saturday (inactivity day) and is taken on Monday 3 May.
5.Select an additional holiday, if necessary.
5. Click on Save.
6. Confirm your change and click on OK.
