You can enter a new contract for an existing employee

•either via the Employees - button

•or via Actions after selecting an employee via Employees.

 

Every employer is obliged to inform the NSSO in good time if they hire an employee or if an employee leaves their company. You can do this via Dimona.
Dimona (Déclaration Immédiate) is the immediate declaration of employment.

•Declaring/cancelling Dimona

•Dimona declaration for flexi-job workers

•Dimona declaration for occasional workers in the hospitality industry (extra's)

•Dimona declaration for students
