Requesting new work schedule

You can use this option to request a new work schedule.

1.Go to Employees and select the employee.

2.Click on Master data and go to the tab Work schedule.

3.In the field Work schedule select +New work schedule.
The window for creating a new work schedule will appear

4.Fill in the fields Regime, Work Schedule (only appears after you have selected the regime), Hours per week, Employment percentage and Free message.

5.Click on Save.

The new work schedule will be added to the list in the field Work schedule.

The tab Requesting new  work schedule in Payroll disappears.

Note

Only simple work schedules can be requested in this way. For special work schedules which, for instance, are spread over more than one week or where several jobs carried out on the same day, consult your payroll officer.
