In My Reports (via Reports) you work with reports that you have added from or purchased in the Report Library..
Your own reports are also present automatically in My Reports.

The middle screen of My Reports on the Report tab comprises three sections:
Favourite reports
Reports that you use a lot and that you want to be able to consult more quickly, are favourite reports.
A favourite report can be consulted in My Reports - Favourite Reports.
A favourite report can be identified by a yellow star in the Parameters column in My Reports.
How do I add a favourite report to the main Report page?
1.Go to Reports - My Reports. 2.In the overview of the reports (under the search function), search for the report that you want to make a favourite. Note
Click on the + sign in order to view all reports under a theme.
3.In the Favourite column, click on the grey asterisk.
The report will now also appear on the main Reports.
The report will now also appear in the list of favourite reports on the Reports tab - My Reports.
The grey asterisk now becomes yellow. |
How do I remove a favourite report from the main Report page?
1.Go to Reports - My Reports. 2.Search for the report that you no longer want to keep as a favourite report.
You can find this report among the favourite reports, as well as under the search function in the overview of reports. 3.In the Favourite column, click on the yellow asterisk.
The report will now no longer appear on the Report tab - My Reports.
The report will now also disappear from the list of favourite reports on the Report tab - My Reports.
The yellow asterisk now becomes grey. |

Search function
Under the header All Reports, there is a search field available in which you can look up a report using the following criteria.
(part of) the name of a report
|
In the first field, enter the name of the report you are looking for.
You can also enter part of the name.

the owner of a report
|
In the second field you can search all reports, SD Worx reports or your own reports.
All
|
All the reports present in My Reports are shown.
|
SD Worx
|
Only the reports provided by SD Worx in the Report Library and those you have added or purchased will be shown.
|
Own reports
|
Only the reports you have made yourself or those which SD Worx has made to special order will be shown.
Note
This option is not present in the list if none of your own reports are present.

historic and non historic reports
|
The History column offers you the following selection options depending on the available reports: History, Evolution per year, Evolution per six months, Evolution per quarter, Evolution per month, N/A or All in evolution reports.
If a report is not historic, the column History is empty for that report.

Note
•You can combine these three search options. •After filling in one or more search fields, click on the filter or on Enter to start the search action.
You will see one or more groups containing the name (or part of it) of the report you are looking for. •Click on the "+" in front of a group to view the reports that meet the search criterion. |
Overview of the reports you have added, purchased or made yourself
Under the search function, you will get an overview of the reports you have added, purchased or made yourself.
You will find favourite reports here too.
The reports are shown in groups by theme.
Example: Master data, Reports on times and dates, Pay details, Customer-specific reports, Vehicle management, etc.
Click on the + sign in front of a group in order to view the reports present.
The reports are sorted alphabetically in a group.
Note
A report that you have created yourself can be found under Customer-specific reports.

How can I produce a report?
1.Go to the Report tab. 2.Click on My reports. 3.Search the report you want at the top in Favourite reports or

If necessary, you can edit your report first. Example: You want to modify the period, selection, etc. Note
You can also produce a report by, on the Report tab, clicking on the title of the report.
You cannot edit a report first which you produce from the Mainpage.
Go to the Report tab - My Reports or Report Library if you want to edit the report first.

How can I edit a report?
You can change a report or you can make your own version of a report by changing one or more details from an existing report.
Example: the sorting, the period, .... .
You can also remove fields by unticking them. This way, you only keep the details that interest you.
In My Reports you cannot add new fields to a report.
After you have edited the report, you can use Save or Save as.
Save

The report will be overwritten.
Note
You can always find the original of a report with SD Worx as owner in the Report Library. You can always add this original report again if you wish.

Save as
|
A new version of the report will be saved.
After you have selected Save as, you will be asked to give it a new name.
|

click on the + sign in order to view the reports under a theme. 4.Click on Edit next to the report of which you want to make your own version. 5.If necessary - fill in the details in for your report:

Name
|
You must not alter the name.
See: Save - Save as in step 6.

Description
|
Modify the description of the report as necessary.
This description will appear when you click on the report's Help icon.
|
Export to
|
You can export a report to an Export file, a PDF file or an Excel file. The report will be exported to a PDF file as standard.

Columns
|
Tick under Visible the columns you want to see in the report.
Choose under Sort one or more columns where you want to sort.
The number at the front of the sort field refers to the sorting order of sequence.

Period
|
Choose the Period and the Calculation data of the report.
Note
The Calculation data can be filled in for all reports, but are only relevant for reports with pay calculation data.
If you tick the field Ask for the period whenever you produce a report you will get a screen in which you can overwrite the Period and the Calculation Data and where you have to confirm the data.

For whom?
|
Using Automatic selection or Manual selection you specify for whom you wish to request the report.
Automatic selection
|
Tick the selection for whom you wish to request the report. If extra details are needed for the selection (age, period, etc.), extra fields will appear that you must fill in.
|
Manual selection
|
Tick manual selection if you want to deviate from the automatic selection. If you click on Edit you get a list from the dossier subdivided into the groups and their employees. Tick the groups and/or employees for whom you wish to request the report.

Additional criteria
|
You can further refine the automatic or manual search criteria by providing additional criteria.
|
|
5.To see an example of your own version of the report, click on Example. 6.If you select Save , the edited version of the report will be saved under the same name.
If you select Save as, the edited version of the report will be saved under a different name. You will be asked to enter the new name. The original report will also continue to exist. 7.A green message will appear in your toolbar The data have been saved successfully ! |
How can I extract/remove a report from My Reports?
If you no longer use a report that you have added, you can extract it from My Reports/Report Library.
The original of a report with SD Worx as owner or of your own report still remains present in the Report Library.
If necessary, the report can be added again later.
The operation Extraction can be executed in both My Reports and in the Report Library.
The result of the action is visible in both My Reports and in the Report Library.
1.Go to Report - Report library or Reports - My Reports. 2.Select the report you want to extract. 3.In the My Reports column, click on Extract.
You have now removed the report from My Reports.
In the Report Library, the report is still present. 4.Go (if necessary) to the Report Library. 5.In the extra line behind, click on the waste-bin if you want to remove the added report from the Report Library. 6.Confirm that you want to remove the report from the Report Library.
An original report with SD Worx as owner still remains present in the Report Library. |
