As a client, you can choose to provide your employees with electronic pay documents.
Mysdworx offers employees access to all e-pay documents including payslips, form 281.10 (tax record), individual account, holiday and employment certificates and a number of documents concerning social risk declaration, such as the temporary unemployment certificate.
You may only use mysdworx if you have agreed this with your payroll officer.
Once you have made arrangements with your payroll officer, you can go to Master Data - Employees - Identification - Administration, where you will find the following fields:
Email
|
Employees will be logged in to mysdworx by Payroll with this email address.
They will be logged in if
•the employer decides to work with mysdworx; and •the employer enters an email address or the employer changes the email address. The email address must be entered twice. If the email addresses do not match, you will receive an error message.
Comments
The email address must be personal. This means group mailboxes (such as "info@company.com") or email addresses shared with a partner (such as "famPeeters@telenet.be") are not permitted. This is for prevention purposes, e.g. an employee gaining access to another employee's pay details.

Salary documents
|
Here you can tick whether the employee would like to receive their pay documents electronically or on paper.
Paper is ticked by default.
Electronic is ticked by default if:
•it has been communicated to the employer that all pay documents are electronic by default; or •the employee's preference to receive electronic pay documents is known (the employee has already entered Electronic in this field for a different contract with the same or another employer. The employee receives access to mysdworx if Electronic is ticked.
If the employee opts for paper, you can still give them access to My Salary by ticking the Give employee access to My Salary field (see below): The employee can view their pay documents in mysdworx as well as receive paper copies from their employer.
|
You can give an employee access to mysdworx on the Identification tab - Mysdworx:

The employee automatically receives reminder emails.
|

Has My Salary
|
Here you give the employee access to My Salary.
•Either you tick the field Give employee access to My Salary. •Either the field Give employee access to My Salary is automatically ticked if Electronic is ticked in the field Salary Documents. You cannot adjust this automatically. Once you have done this, a message will appear under the status that the employee will receive an invitation email for My Salary.
Has My Salary is automatically set to Yes once you have saved the ticked field Give employee access to My Salary. The field Give employee access to My Salary will then disappear.
