You use this screen to manage cost centres.

Start with cost centres

If the wage cost of a coworker needs to be distributed over several cost centres, this distribution is not visible in the standard accounting document. To process this correctly, an adapted accounting list is necessary.

Create, change or delete cost centre

Do you want to create, edit or delete the cost centre? Go to Company - Rubrics

On this screen you can add a cost centre to an employee, edit the percentage of an assigned cost centre or delete the cost centre from the employee.

Important! This only applies to the current pay period. Contact your payroll consultant for past corrections.

 

Assigning a cost centre to an employee

1.Go to the Employees.

2.Double-click on the employee concerned.

3.Go to Cost centre.

4.Click on Add.

5.Select the applicable cost centre and add a percentage.

6.Click Save.

 

Edit an assigned cost centre for an employee

1.Go to the Employees.

2.Double-click on the employee concerned.

3.Go to Cost centre.

4.Make the change.

5.Click Save.

 

Delete an assigned cost centre for an employee

6.Go to the Employees.

7.Double-click on the employee concerned.

8.Go to Cost centre.

9.Click on the trash can icon.

10.Click Save.

 

New employees

If you create a new employee, you can navigate to the Cost centre menu after creating the employee and assign the cost centre.

If you do not do so at that time, you will then receive the task 'Employees with missing cost centres'.

New contract

When a new contract is created for the same person and the contract data of the previous contract is herited, the cost centre is also automatically herited.

If another cost centre applies to the new contract, your customer must manually adjust it via the Cost centre menu.
