Important change from 01/01/2026
From 01/01/2026, you will no longer be able to request a medical officer via Payroll. Due to a shortage of doctors, our partner Certimed is no longer able to guarantee this service. Wish to submit a request after this date? Contact Certimed or another supplier directly.
If an employee reports that they are unfit for work, the employer may have this incapacity checked by a medical officer.
You can contact Certimed or another supplier directly to have it send a medical officer.
